The current servicing of sales to our trading partners is a priority for us.
The company, however, also puts great emphasis on equipment servicing.

Equipment operating in difficult conditions requires regular servicing
and exchange of used parts for the new ones. Products undergo severe tests during renovation works, in dust and powder, during freezes, in high humidity conditions.

In such situations we cannot allow any delays associated with a long waiting time for the urgently needed spare parts.

We know that thanks to their availability we achieve a competitive edge.

Customers buying our equipment want to be sure and feel safe both at the moment of purchase, and during
the exploitation of our products.

All service points have a stock of popular components for all devices.

We guarantee the availability of components for all our equipment
and ensure a short waiting time.

We have an electronic catalogue
of spare parts; we give you several ways of choosing the replacement parts with its help.

Orders can be placed based on a list
of recommended parts for specific models of equipment. You can also choose them from the assembly drawings (.pdf files) or use the electronic spare parts catalogue.

Schematic drawings

In order to help you quickly find the right replacement parts, we provide you with assembly drawings of our equipment.

From the list of available products in
a simple way you can choose the given model of the device, and then identify the relevant part on the schematic drawing.

All you need to do is to make a note
of its catalogue number, which is
needed to place the order.

In case of Master brand equipment, you can take advantage
of the electronic spare parts catalogue that facilitates and significantly accelerates the placing of the order.

You need only to select the type of device (menu on the right side), and then find the appropriate model on
the list. Each schematic drawing can be downloaded to your computer, and if necessary also printed.

We make the schematic drawings of equipment available to all participants
in the distribution channel. This way,
we want to guarantee the availability
of spare parts at the time of sale
and during the further exploitation.

Catalogue of spare parts

For the devices of the Master brand,
we have developed an electronic spare parts catalogue. It allows for quick navigation, selection and ordering of the spare parts.

Easily legible menu
The device can be selected from the list or searched in the application. The selection is possible according to the type of device, based on the serial number or the symbols of the model.

We allow our Customers to download electronic versions of the operating instructions.

In this way, everyone can find answers
concerning the handling and maintenance services for 24 hours a day, irrespectively of the region of Europe.

Just choose from the menu on the right side the type of device, and then find the appropriate model on the list.

All instructions can be downloaded to your computer and printed.
